What is it like to become friends at ninety years old? In a care home, drawn into each other’s lives, they discovered one another and formed a new kind of solidarity. Bound by time passing, by bodies that falter and memories that fade, they grow close—accomplices, inseparable, perhaps even unbreakable.

Louise Jonard
Louise works in sound art, creating documentary pieces and sound designs. She is interested in the evocative power of sound, as well as its archival capacity when it reflects personal or collective memory. She is currently studying acousmatic music at Musique & Recherche (Ohain) and radio production at INSAS (Brussels). "L'amitié" is her first radio creation.
