What kind of hate do women face in everyday life? In pubs, on trains, on the street or in hotels? Over the course of six years, journalist Brit Jensen collected recordings of her own personal encounters with random, everyday hate speech. She also asked other women in Czechia to talk about their experiences of hate speech in public. The result is an audio documentary that paints a very concrete and rather grim picture of the current state of mysogyny – and homophobia – in Czechia.

Hotel Hate is an audio documentary produced for the podcast Hate Free put out by the governmental initiative by the same name.
