We often associate movement with life. We say something is alive when we see it wiggle or twitch or run. But what about a body that can't move? To answer this question, artist Gabriel Rodreick visits a place that is known for its tranquility, as well as its liveliness: a bog.
"Life Begins in the Stillness" explores the mystery, murkiness, and movement that exists in stillness. It is also an abstract exploration of the experience of living with spinal cord injury and paralysis.
